"On my first shoot with Mel I found her to be professional, friendly and very helpful. She listened to my crazy ideas and was excellent at contributing her own spin. On the day of the shoot, Mel was on time, made every effort to make sure I was happy and comfortable, bringing props and other outfits to the shoot, to enable us to make the most of our time. It was good to be able to bounce ideas off Mel during the shoot, she has a keen eye for detail and she is always on the look out for things that will make that next shot work. The shoot was in conjunction with an interview for the magazine, and I found Mel's questions fun to answer, she really put the effort into researching me very well. As I shared a room with my sister for 10 years I probably know her better than anyone. Having to put up with being dressed up as a punk from about the age of 10 I was her puppet. Make-up, clothes, music, newspaper clippings of every punk band as wallpaper, oh and being her personal photographer. I was told how to use a camera at a very young age because she wanted good pictures. They HAD to be right or I had to take it again!! Belinda Quinn My sister
